All bookings are accepted on the STRICT understanding that the pupil has read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions.  This is highly stated and clearly visible on our website.

1.     A non returnable Booking/deposit fee of is required at the time of booking.

2.     The full balance of the intensive driving course fee is payable 7 days prior  to the commencement of the course. If pupil cancels within this period, then no refund is offered.

3.     For whatever reason the pupil cancels the intensive driving course through their own decision, No refund will be given.

4.     The total hours of the course booked, includes the time for the test. Extra hours can be booked, but for an additional hours.

5.     If your instructor feels you are not ready to take your practical driving test, even on  day of exam, because of safety, then pupil will NOT be allowed to take  practical test with our Company. NO refund for your test or driving course, will be offered to you.

6.     Pupils who NON-SHOW at any of tests or course lessons then No refunds will be offered.

7.     You must attend each driving lesson on time, and in a fit state to drive. NOT to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, including prescribed medicines, this will affect your concentration and awareness. If any instructor believes you are unfit to drive, he or she will tell you that the driving lessons / driving course is CANCELLED because of legal reasons. No refund will be offered

8.     You MUST pass the legal driving eye sight test, before you are allowed to take driving lessons with us. This is checked, at the very start of your driving crash course, by your instructor. It would be wise for you to have a check-up at your local opticians, before coming on an intensive driving course. If the pupil fails the eyesight test on the Practical Driving Test,no refund will be given.

9.    If you are staying in a hotel, the ACCOMMODATION payment is completely your RESPONSIBILITY.

10.     We will provide the pupil with the same instructor each day of the crash driving course. But, through circumstances, it might not be possible to do so.

11.   The contract of the Driving Course is between the Pupil and the Instructor, who is a self employed contractor for the company. Any disputes, claims or discussion should therefore be taken up with the Instructor and not with us. We cannot be held liable for any compensation claim from pupil, nor can it be held responsible for any traffic law violation on the part of the pupil.

12.   The 1st hour of the intensive driving course will be an assessment of the pupil driving ability. If it is thought that the pupil would not pass the practical driving test, then or throughout the driving course, she/he will be informed and offered extra hours to bring the driving up to driving practical test standard, so long the instructor has the space in their diary to accommodate the extra hours.

13.   A professional approach is demanded of the pupil and no abusive behaviour towards staff will not be accepted the intensive driving course will be terminated and the fee not refunded in such event.

14.    If at any point pupil cancel daily driving lessons at very short notice, whilst on intensive driving course, then you may have to forfeit those hours, but this is at the discretion of the instructor and their availability in their diary.

15.   We cannot be held responsible for any practical driving test cancellations made by the D.S.A.

16.   When using credit/debt card for payment, a surcharge of  2.00 % is payable at the time of the booking.

17.   On all our Driving Courses, including our ‘Guaranteed Pass Course’ we do not offer a guaranteed 1st time pass.

18.   Guaranteed Pass Courses are  a minimum of 20 hours, and come with a guarantee which if you fail 1st time, you will be re-book a 2^nd  Practical test , this does not include any free driving lessons and must be used within 6 months of  1^st test..   Once the driving test is passed, any remaining un-used test fee will not be refunded.

19.   All courses are based on average learning capabilities and are a guide only. No guarantees can be implied.

20.  We act as a Booking Agent and are paid only on commision 

21.   It is your responsibility to ensure you bring all relevant paperwork for the Tests.

       Theory Test  - complete licence , iether old paper licence and photo id or both parts of  new photocard/paper  licence.
